Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Tsoon A (Istekohad laudade taga), Tsoon B (Istekohad) and Tsoon C (Seisukohad). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need additional help, get in touch with us and include your ticket order number.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not given under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions. You can also purchase an optional Flexible Cancellation add-on, which offers an alternative policy.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be validated at the venue through the Fever app.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 45 minutes before the event starts and close 5 minutes before it begins. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Can I buy food and drink at the venue?
You can buy drinks and light snacks at this event.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final applause and without flash.
Will strobe lights be used?
No, strobe lights will not be used.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed as long as they are well behaved. Service animals are very welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible: the event area is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. We do everything we can to make all our experiences inclusive, and we recommend taking a look at other experiences in your city.

Can I keep my shoes on?
Please take off your outdoor shoes when you enter, to preserve the living-room atmosphere. Indoor footwear is required – slippers are available on site, or you can bring your own.
