The Mustpeade House in Tallinn is located on Pikk Street and is a Gothic-style building dating back to the 16th century. Once used as a guild hall for unmarried foreign merchants, it features a rich Renaissance facade and vaulted interiors. Today, concerts, receptions, and various cultural events are held there.

What are the different ticket types?

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please get in touch with Fever customer service through the contact form on feverup.com for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please get in touch with Fever customer service through the contact form on feverup.com, indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. How do I get to the venue?
House of the Blackheads is located in the Old Town, in the centre of Tallinn. The venue is accessible by bike, on foot, by car or by public transport.
Is there food served?
No, it won't be possible to purchase drinks or food before the concert starts, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants close to the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
No.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, the venue doesn't provide any parking space. There's ample parking space outside the venue, however.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
