About the experience

What are the different seating zones?

The theater is divided into sections based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff on a first-come, first-served basis within the section you selected.

How do I vote?

Use your smartphone to scan the QR code shown at the venue — it takes you straight to the voting page. Most cameras scan QR codes automatically; if not, try Google Lens or a QR scanner app, or ask our on-site staff for help.

Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?

Yes. Our experiences may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict and confrontation.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will not be any strobe lights.

Can I take photos or record the performance?

Photos and videos are only allowed during the curtain call, and without flash.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

No. Your phone must stay on silent for the entire performance.

Can I leave the room during the performance?

Out of respect for the performers and audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.

About your tickets

Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?

No. Tickets are sold only in the Fever app or on the Fever website, not on site.

Can I have a ticket for a carer?

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free personal assistant/support worker pass. Contact us and we'll send a voucher to buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). You must show the regular ticket alongside the carer ticket on entry.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

You can change your date up to 24 hours in advance — contact us with your ticket ID, or use 'Exchange date and/or time' in the Tickets section of the app if available. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, at no cost. Tap 'Transfer tickets' on the ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.

Where can I find my ticket?

In the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app — log in with the same method used to purchase. Your QR code is also in the confirmation email.

Do I need to print out my ticket?

No. Your ticket is validated via the Fever app on arrival.

Access & venue

When should I arrive?

Arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start and late arrivals are not permitted.

Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?

Yes, food and beverages are available to purchase at this event.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

No pets are allowed, but service animals are welcome.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue.

Is there parking available?

There is a public parking lot underneath the highway on 8th Street SE, between I Street and Virginia Avenue — a paid lot with a 2-hour limit until 9:30 pm Monday–Saturday.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

All guests must be 12 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
