*Meet at Victoria Plaza 15 minutes before your session starts
👤 Age requirement: suitable for adults aged 18+ only
♿ Accessibility: the breathwork session takes place in an outdoor space on grassy terrain; as a result, these sessions may be challenging for wheelchair users. If you have specific access requirements, please contact Kew Gardens in advance
⚠️ Not suitable if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, kidney conditions, other serious illness, epilepsy or suffer from regular migraines. You will be asked to complete a Health Declaration in advance of the session.
👟 Please wear comfortable clothing & shoes suitable for spending time outdoors. The session will involve gentle walking through the Gardens and a one-hour guided breathwork practice.
