On the day How it works

Check in at the entrance
Head to Stadio San Siro, entrance at Gate 6. If you've also booked the Skywalk, check in 10 minutes before the time on your ticket.
Take the Museum and Stadium Tour
Follow the guided route through the AC Milan and Inter dressing rooms, the players' tunnel and the touchline, then explore the San Siro Museum collection at your own pace (about 60 minutes).
Climb the Skywalk (if included)
Walk the red beams 55 metres up for 360° views over Milan. Requires the Skywalk Add-On, which is not included in the Museum & Tour ticket (about 20 minutes).

Llevaba años siendo seguidor del AC Milán pero jamás pude venir a visitar el estadio ya que soy español y cuando planeamos mi novia y yo este viaje a Milán le dije que San Siro era una parada obligatoria para mí y estoy muy contento y agradecido de haber visto con mis ojos ese hermoso lugar

Discover the legend of San Siro through two unique tours. Journey through football history on the Museum and Stadium Tour, then change your perspective with the Skywalk, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Milan.

A Museum & Tour ticket does not include access to the Skywalk. To walk the stadium's red beams you also need the Skywalk Add-On.

Warning: the Skywalk is not suitable for children under 7, people with vertigo, pregnant women beyond 24 weeks, or people with reduced mobility (including temporary). Closed shoes with rubber soles are compulsory, and the activity may be suspended in rain or strong wind.

What can I expect from the experience?

The Museum and Stadium Tour: a guided route starting with the Stadio Meazza visit, giving access to areas usually closed to the public such as the AC Milan and Inter dressing rooms, the mixed zone and the entrance tunnel, up to the touchline and the benches. The visit continues in the San Siro Museum, with a unique collection of historic memorabilia. Skywalk: a high-altitude panoramic experience where you walk along the stadium's red beams, 55 metres up.

How long does the experience last?

The Museum visit is self-paced and lasts about an hour. The Skywalk takes about half an hour and includes a briefing, going up to the roof, the walk and coming back down.

Where does the experience take place?

At Stadio Giuseppe Meazza (San Siro), Piazzale Angelo Moratti, 20151 Milan. The museum is accessed through Gate 6.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

The Museum is indoors, while the Skywalk is outdoors, so the activity may be cancelled or suspended in adverse weather (heavy rain, strong winds, snow). If it is cancelled, you will receive an email at the address linked to your Fever account.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your ticket is validated through the Fever app or the barcode in your confirmation email.

Are refunds available? What is the exchange policy?

Refunds are not available for events outside the stadium's control. Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start, by contacting us with your ticket ID.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge: just send the PDF you received by email to the person who will use the ticket.

Are there age requirements?

There are no age requirements for the Museum (children up to 5 years old enter for free). Access to the Skywalk is from 7 years old.

Is there a dress code?

No dress code applies to the Museum visit. To access the Skywalk, closed shoes with rubber soles are compulsory; heels, sandals and flip-flops are not allowed.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, on-site parking is available.

Is the experience accessible?

The Museum has an access ramp, a lift and seating areas. The Tour includes some flights of stairs. Because of the walkways' technical characteristics, the Skywalk is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, including temporary; the classic Stadium Tour remains available.

Will there be virtual reality? Will there be strobe lights?

There are currently no virtual reality activities, but a new VR attraction will be available from autumn 2026. There will be no strobe lights during the visit.
