What are the different ticket types?
We offer different zones depending on the visibility you'd like: Premium Zone (front rows), Zone A (orchestra), Zone B (orchestra), Mezzanine (rows 1-2), Mezzanine (general), and Balcony (side seats)*. *Balcony seating consists of movable, side seats, so visibility of the stage may be reduced.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us with the relevant documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the app. For extra help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return it and get your refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation needed. Please note it becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. The show includes an intermission halfway through.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; once it has started, no entry to the hall is possible.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is there food served?
No food or drinks are allowed inside the hall.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue currently allows access for wheelchair users, although there is no dedicated space to position the wheelchair inside the hall. A companion may enter and be seated if they wish. Our team is available to help and make access as easy as possible.
Is there parking available?
The venue doesn't have its own parking lot, but there are several parking lots nearby. We recommend allowing extra time due to typical traffic congestion in the area.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. Please note that side boxes have a maximum capacity of 3 people. We recommend arriving early so we can seat you together.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
