Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; check our T&Cs for more information.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show starts.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

Food and beverages are available for purchase at the venue. Outside food or drink is not permitted.

Is parking available?

On-campus parking is available. If arriving by car, check the venue's parking information page for details.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I get a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who require assistance can apply for 1 free caretaker pass. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying; contact us for more information.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. As with photos, it can only be used to film the final piece, without flash.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your zone. The show starts on time and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and audience.

What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.

Are the candles flammable?

For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.

Can I bring animals?
