Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same email address you used to buy your tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time on your ticket. Contact us with your ticket ID to request a change. No refunds will be issued.
What about flexible refundable tickets?
Flexible refundable tickets (only available for select events) let you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, as long as the ticket hasn't been transferred to someone else. No documents are needed — just contact us to request your refund.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. Contact us with your ticket ID if you need help.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts, and latecomers won't be admitted.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
These concerts take place outdoors, in the open air.
Is there food or drink available?
No food or drink is served at this event.
Is there parking available?
Yes, l'Abbaye d'Oka has its own on-site parking.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your caretaker by filling out this form and sending us the required supporting documents.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't available for purchase on-site. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as the artists will remind you during the show.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance.
Can I leave my seat during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat until the concert ends, except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts so we can seat you in your booked category. The concert will start on time, and latecomers won't be admitted, out of respect for the artists and the rest of the audience.
What happens if the concert can't go ahead due to bad weather?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or date change), we'll let you know by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you all arrive together and have tickets for the same category. We recommend arriving early so we can try to seat you together.
Are the candles real flames?
For everyone's safety, the room is lit with flameless electronic candles.
