📍 Location: Shirakawa Hall (2 Chome-9-15 Sakae, Naka Ward, Nagoya, Aichi 460-0008)
📅 Dates and times: select your dates/times directly in the ticket selector
⏳ Duration: approximately 65 minutes. The doors open 30 minutes before the show. No entry once it starts
👤 Age requirement: you must be at least 8 years old, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
♿ Accessibility: this venue is wheelchair accessible. There are three designated spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that these spaces do not have seats and will not be available if the concert is sold out
⚠️ Wheelchair users are entitled to a dedicated viewing area (three spaces). Please note that caregivers are not permitted to sit in the same area and will need to book separately. For more information on booking procedures, please refer to the FAQs. We kindly ask that only wheelchair users occupy the designated spaces
🅿️ Parking: there is no parking available at Shirakawa Hall. Please use the nearby paid parking facilities or public transportation
