What are the different seating zones?
The theater is divided into sections based on view quality; seats are assigned at the entrance, first-come first-served, within your selected zone.
How do I vote?
Scan the QR code displayed at the venue with your smartphone to go directly to the voting page. Most phone cameras scan automatically; Google Lens or a third-party scanner works too.
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, the experience may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.

Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
No, tickets are only available via the Fever app or website.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance can apply for one free carer pass by contacting support; a voucher is issued for the free ticket, subject to availability. Both tickets must be shown at entry.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Date changes are permitted up to 24 hours in advance by contacting support with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, free of charge, via "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals will not be admitted.
