Do I need to print out my ticket?
No. Tickets are validated in the Fever app on arrival.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Date or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start, subject to availability. Contact us through the support form with your ticket ID. Tickets are otherwise non-refundable, except where Australian Consumer Law requires a refund.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any Fever account at no cost using "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Log in with the same method you used to buy. The QR code is also in your confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the start. Late entry is not permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Guests must be 12 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and video are only permitted during the curtain call and without flash.
What can I expect?
An immersive courtroom drama where you act as a juror, reviewing testimony and evidence before voting on the accused's fate.
How long does it last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.
Are there strobe lights?
There are no strobe lights.
Are seats numbered?
No. Seating is first-come, first-served within your chosen zone.
What are the different types of tickets available?
Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (good visibility, behind Zone A) and Zone C (fair visibility, behind Zone B).
Can I buy a ticket on site?
No. Tickets must be bought in advance through the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance can request one free pass for a personal assistant or support worker through the Fever support form. The carer ticket is issued as a voucher redeemable in the app, subject to availability. Guests must also show their regular ticket at entry.
Where does the experience take place?
Beasley Hall at Perth Modern School, 90 Roberts Rd, Subiaco WA 6008. It is an indoor venue.
Can I buy food or drinks on site?
Food and drink are not sold on site.

Animals are not allowed, except assistance animals.
Is it a seated experience?
Yes, it is a seated experience, with a seat for every guest.

No cloakroom service is available.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Phones must be on silent for the whole performance.
Can I leave during the performance?
Leaving during the show is not permitted except in an emergency.
Which items are prohibited?
Smoking and vaping, external alcohol, hot food or drinks, strong-smelling food, glass, audio recorders, drugs and paraphernalia, flammables, torches, lasers, professional cameras, promotional items or unauthorised solicitation, and selfie sticks or tripods.
