Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. Just contact us with your ticket ID, the unique code linked to your purchase, which you'll find in your confirmation email or in the Fever app.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; see our Terms and Conditions for more information. You can purchase a flexible cancellation add-on, which lets you cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the event starts, as long as the ticket hasn't been transferred to someone else.
What different ticket types are available?
The venue is divided into zones based on view quality (Front Row, Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, Zone D and Zone E). Seats are assigned by our team at the entrance, on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you purchased.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by public transport and by car.

Is food or drink available?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks are sold at this event.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, this experience cannot take place at an accessible venue. We try to make all our experiences as inclusive as possible and recommend checking other experiences in your city.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else for free. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need help, quoting your ticket order number.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I get a ticket for a companion or caretaker?
Guests who need assistance during the event can request a free companion pass. Please contact us with proof of your need once you've purchased your own ticket. Once approved, we'll send you a code to buy your free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. You'll still need to show your own ticket at entry.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show so you can be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
