What are the different ticket types?
There are different zones depending on the seating: Front Row (tables 101-105), Floor Seats (tables 201-405), High Tops (tables 501-703), Banquette Seats (tables 801-804) and Standing Room (spaces along the bar at the back of the venue).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Where is the experience taking place?
The Collective Encore, 10221 Wincopin Cir, Columbia, MD 21044, accessible by all local modes of transportation.
Is there food served?
Yes. Doors open 60 minutes prior to the start of the show so guests can order food and drinks from the menu (wings, crab pretzel, chicken Caesar salad, fried calamari, cheesesteak, crab cake sandwich and pizza, among other options).
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Collective Encore is conveniently located on the first floor of the main building, with a small ramp to enter.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of parking in the immediate area.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
How long does the concert last?
Approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the performance.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45-60 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated; latecomers will not be allowed to enter.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), you'll be notified by email in advance.
