About the experience

How do I vote?

You'll be handed a paddle. When instructed by the Judge, raise it to submit your vote.

Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?

Yes, the experience may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will not be any strobe lights.

Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?

The Electric Bar is open before the performance and during any interval. No food or drink may be brought into the auditorium.

Can I take photos, use my phone, or leave during the performance?

Photos and videos are allowed only during the curtain call, without flash. Phones must stay on silent throughout, and guests may not leave their seat except in an emergency.

What are the different seating zones?

Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, and a Wheelchair Accessible zone.

Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?

Tickets are available via the Fever app/website and the Komedia Bath box office; terms may vary by point of purchase.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Wheelchair Accessible zone: arrive with your carer on the day, no separate application needed. Zone A/B/C: apply for a free carer ticket before your initial purchase by contacting support with proof of need; each carer ticket requires at least one full-price ticket.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Date changes are permitted up to 24 hours in advance by contacting support with your ticket ID. All sales are final; refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, free of charge, via "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app.

Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?

In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, or your confirmation email QR code. No printing required.

When should I arrive?

At least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the start; late arrivals will not be permitted.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Yes, 12+. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The Box Office, Electric Bar and Auditorium have step-free access and accessible toilets, with level street access for wheelchair users. For rowed seating, accessible seats are on the aisles of rows N and P on the mezzanine — often held at the box office rather than sold online, so contact the venue if you need them.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

No pets are allowed at this venue, though service animals are welcome.
