What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom experience where you become a juror in the story. Analyse witness testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote decides the fate of the defendant.
How long does the Experience last?
The Experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. As the duration depends on audience interaction, we recommend allowing for some extra time.
How do I take part in the Experience?
To take part in the voting rounds, scan a QR code with your smartphone (via the camera app, Google Lens, or a QR scanner app). The QR code is displayed on site and takes you directly to the voting page. Staff are on hand to assist if needed.
Are food and drinks available on site?
There is a bar where you can buy drinks.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
No, photo and video recording are not allowed during the show.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available at the venue. Purchase them in advance through the app or feverup.com.
Is the seating numbered?
No, there is no numbered seating. You take your seat on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone of your ticket.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Yes, guests who need assistance can request a free pass for their personal assistant/companion. Contact us; upon receipt we will send a voucher code for the free ticket. Each companion ticket must be purchased together with at least one full ticket and shown on entry.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app, logged in with the same credentials you used to make your purchase. The QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date/time can be changed up to 48 hours in advance; contact us with your ticket ID. Under no circumstances are refunds possible.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you come together and have tickets for the same zone. Arrive on time and we will do our best to seat you together.
Can I give my tickets to someone else?
