Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — sign in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold by zone: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating within each zone is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for details.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket add-on?
If you added Flexible Refund to your purchase, you can request a full refund (no documentation needed) by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and latecomers cannot be admitted once it begins.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Old Brick is an indoor venue with assigned seating by zone.
Is there food or drink available?
No, there is no food or beverage service available at this venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available in the venue's own lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking and public parking are also available nearby.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free companion pass. You must hold a valid ticket first — then contact us with your details and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Old Brick is ADA compliant and accessible. The accessible door connects directly to the parking lot, and a chairlift is available for anyone unable to use the stairs up to the performance area.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No — tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it is not required. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the venue's designated pickup point on the day of your event. As they're tied to that specific date and location, all online Candle add-on purchases are final — non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up.
