Julij Betetto Hall in Ljubljana is an important part of the Slovenian Philharmonic, known for its excellent acoustics and pleasant, intimate atmosphere. Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?
You don't need to print anything - your ticket is fully digital. You'll find it in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app once you log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also get your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone else at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change the date on my ticket?
You can change the date up to 24 hours before the event. Check the "Tickets" section of the Fever app for a "Change date and/or time" button, or contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased the flexible cancellation add-on. A ticket with flexible cancellation can be cancelled on request up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Note: once a ticket is transferred to another user, it's no longer eligible for a refund.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time, and late entry is not permitted.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with special needs?
Yes, the event takes place at a venue that is accessible for people with special needs.
Can I get a ticket for my companion/carer?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal assistant/companion. Contact us and send us proof that you need a companion ticket. Once we receive it, we'll send you a voucher you can use to purchase a free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). You'll need to show both tickets at entry.
Will food or drinks be available?
Unfortunately, food and drinks won't be available for purchase at this event.
Will parking be available?
Unfortunately, parking won't be available at this venue, so we recommend arriving without a car.
Can I take photos or record video during the concert?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the concert.
Can I bring animals with me?
Unfortunately pets aren't allowed at the venue, but guide dogs are welcome.
What are the different seating zones like?
The venue is divided into different zones based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis within your chosen zone.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit together with friends if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat you together.
When should I arrive at the venue?
Arrive at least 30 minutes early so we can find you a seat in your chosen zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start. Out of respect for the performers and other guests, entry won't be allowed once the concert has started.
Can I leave the venue during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for attendees' safety, we use flameless candles.
