Although the artists will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not necessarily involve direct interaction with them before or after the show. You can fully immerse yourself in the show simply by watching and enjoying!

There will be no physical box office on-site. Tickets can be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.

You will find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Do I need to arrive at the time of my session?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the time shown on your ticket so you have time to stop by the bar before the show starts and avoid delays, to make the most of your experience.

Do you offer tickets for carers?
Visitors requiring assistance during the experience can request a free pass for their personal carer. Please contact us with proof that you require a carer. Once received, we will send you a voucher that you can use to book a free ticket for your carer in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you will need to show your standard admission ticket along with your carer's ticket at the entrance to the event.
