The origins of Spazio FIlippetti date back several centuries, when it was used as a warehouse to stow and duty goods coming in from Porta Romana. Today, this place rich in history offers Candlelight guests a unique experience: a true plunge into the past made even more fascinating by the magic of music and the intimate and evocative atmosphere created by the light of thousands of candles.

What are the different types of ticket available?
The hall is divided into sections A, B and C based on visibility. Seats are assigned on entry with the help of our staff, according to order of arrival and type of ticket purchased.
Can I sit near my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you've purchased tickets for the same area and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned according to the area purchased and time of arrival. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the concert.
Can I leave the hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?
No. Tickets are not sold on site: you can only purchase them on the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us, stating the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us stating the ticket ID. No refunds are available under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Are there tickets for companions or assistants?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us attaching a document certifying the need for assistance: we'll provide you with a code to purchase a free ticket for your companion on the Fever app (subject to availability). To access the event you'll need to show the documents along with the tickets.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and App Store), by logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. In the confirmation email you'll also find a PDF with the barcode to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If the weather affects the experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll inform you in advance by email to the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to also check your spam folder.

The concert takes place at Spazio Filippetti, in Viale Angelo Filippetti 41, 20122 Milan.
How do I get there?
The Porta Romana stop on the M1 underground line and the P.ta Romana stop on tram 9 are a 1 minute walk away.
Are food and drinks available on site?
No, food and drinks are not available on site.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.
Is the event accessible?
Yes, the venue has access for people with reduced mobility.
