About the venueSala Vanni
Located within the monumental complex of the Basilica of Santa Maria del Carmine, in the square of the same name in Florence, Sala Vanni hosts the Musicus Concentus home. Full of charm and history, it opens into the cloister and the 17th-century courtyard of the convent of Santa Maria del Carmine, the same from which the Brancacci Chapel can be accessed, which houses the famous frescoes by Masaccio and Masolino.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple Store). Please remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to make the purchase. You'll also find a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the event. In that case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. For any questions, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available.
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately, the venue does not have its own parking. We suggest using public transport or another sustainable option to reach the location.
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. Please contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide you with a code to purchase a free ticket for your carer. You will need to show this document, along with your tickets, to enter the event.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue has access for people with motor disabilities.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats will be assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. Latecomers will not be admitted to the show.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the entire performance.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you in advance by email at the address associated with your Fever profile.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
