On the day Your mission, step by step

Arrive 15 minutes early
Get there 15 minutes before the time on your ticket to drop your belongings in the lockers and sign the waiver. Your whole group must be there to check in together.
Gear up
Put on your adjustable VR headset. Our team will help you fit it, glasses included.
Walk on the Moon
Roam freely for about 40 minutes as you relive Apollo 11, from training and launch to the first step on the lunar surface.

How long does the experience last?

The VR experience lasts about 40 minutes. Allow about 1 hour in total to drop off your belongings, sign the waiver and pick up and return the equipment.

What is the minimum age and height?

Minimum age 10 and minimum height 1.30 m. Children aged 10 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult; anyone aged 15 to 17 attending without an adult must bring a pre-signed waiver form.

Is virtual reality suitable for everyone?

It isn't recommended for people with claustrophobia, vertigo or motion sickness, and people with a heart condition or epilepsy can't take part. If you're pregnant, we don't recommend it for safety reasons.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes and shoes. Please avoid hats or caps, as you'll be wearing a VR headset. Bags and backpacks go in the lockers on site.

Can I change the date of my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your session from the Tickets section of the Fever app. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free with "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app.
