Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase; your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us quoting your ticket number. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket, which lets you request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the event.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost from the "Transfer tickets" option in the app.
How long does the concert last?
Approximately 60 minutes.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating by zone.
Is food or drink allowed in the venue?
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
Is there parking available?
The venue has parking with limited spots (25). The rate is 4,800 COP per hour.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my companion or carer?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us with the relevant documentation.
Does this venue have disability access?
The building is designed to be accessible for people using wheelchairs or crutches; to use this access, you'll need to buy your ticket in Zone C.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as instructed by the musicians.
Are the candles real?
No, for everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. If you arrive late, you won't be allowed into the venue or the show.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather affects your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll notify you in advance by email.
