Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — just log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience's start time — just contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below).
What is a flexible cancellation ticket and how do I use it?
A flexible cancellation ticket lets you request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts, no documentation required — you'll get a full refund minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option (refunds can take 10+ days to appear on your statement, or you'll receive a new voucher if you paid with one). If you choose an exchange instead, you'll get a voucher for the same value to book a new date/time for the same experience. To request either, just contact us.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before it starts, and no entry is permitted once it has begun.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us with supporting documentation — accepted documents include Middle or Higher rate DLA for care/mobility, proof of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of severe sight impairment, a CredAbility Access Card, or a recognized Assistance Dog ID card.

You can drive to the venue or use public transport to get there.
Is there food served?
Beverages are available for additional purchase (see the menu on-site); cash is recommended, as there's a $10 minimum for card purchases.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant, and it isn't necessary to contact the venue ahead of time.
Is there parking available?
Spots are limited; street parking is also available, plus a private lot at $5.00/car.
What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket types: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D, with seating assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since they're tied to your specific Candlelight date and location, once picked up they're non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
