Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Log in with the same method you used to purchase, and you'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility). Seating within each zone is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

An optional add-on available for select events that lets you request a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required, and it becomes non-refundable if the ticket is transferred to another user.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes, with doors opening 45 minutes before the show.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Will food and beverages be available?

Drinks are available for purchase at the venue before the concert, but beverages are not allowed inside the concert space.

Is there parking available?

There are several parking lots near the venue, as well as street parking.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I get a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Once you hold a valid ticket, contact us with your details and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, the venue is ADA compliant. Let the ticket scanners at the main entrance know if you need access to the ADA door, located on the south end of the building.

Can I bring my pet?

Animals are not allowed at this event, except for service animals.

Do I have to wear a mask?

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to that specific date and location, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up on site.
