Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to buy. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
What different ticket types are available?
Premium (Front Row), Zone A offers premium visibility, Zone B offers good visibility, and Zone C offers limited visibility.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get to the venue?
The nearest train station is Brighton Railway Station.
Is parking available?
There's no onsite parking, but there are designated bays for Blue Badge holders on several streets nearby. Check Parkopedia for car parks within a 10-minute walk, or use the Park and Ride service if you'd rather park outside the city centre.
Is food or drink available?
No, refreshments aren't allowed in the Music Room.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, this venue is wheelchair accessible.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free ticket for their Personal Assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket, such as: middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement). We'll then send you a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket, which must be bought alongside at least one full-price ticket. Bring this along with your tickets to enter the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time, and latecomers won't be able to enter once it begins.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of all attendees, every candle used is flameless.
