Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It’s as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts, and no entry is permitted once it begins.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Perth Town Hall is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is there food served?
Perth Town Hall operates an onsite bar in the lower foyer area, and guests are welcome to take drinks into the Hall. The bar closes during the performance, and no snacks are available at the venue.
Is there parking available?
The nearest City of Perth car parks are on Pier Street (between Murray and Wellington Streets), at Council House (27 St Georges Terrace), and at Perth Concert Hall (Terrace Road). Visit the City of Perth Parking website for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept companion and carer cards at all Fever events. Please contact us to request a ticket.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Please use the entrance on Hay Street, where a ramp gives access to the Lobby from Barrack Street, and a lift opposite the stairs leads to the Town Hall. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so onsite staff can be notified and prepared for your arrival. The nearest disabled drop-off bay is 150 metres away, on the south side of Murray Street near the corner of Barrack Street.
Can I take pictures or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What are the different ticket types?
There are five zones: First Row Seating (best visibility), Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility), and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by car and public transport. The Red CAT bus stop and a taxi rank are adjacent to the venue, Perth City train station and the bus station are three blocks away, and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and Perth Esplanade Busport are five blocks away. Visit the Transperth website for more information.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; latecomers will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or postponement, we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
This add-on offers a unique photo experience for guests who purchase it: you’ll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir (one instant picture per purchase). Photos are taken before or after the event, and you’ll get a QR code by email to have validated at the venue; you can choose your photo before it’s printed and collect it at the exit. Photos may also be purchased on-site (card only) if not sold out, though online purchasers get priority. Refunds are only given if the photo add-on itself is cancelled for internal reasons.
