The Alberto Castilla Hall, a heritage gem of the Conservatorio del Tolima in Ibagué, combines neoclassical elegance and exceptional acoustics. Inaugurated in 1934, it is a symbol of the Tolima musical legacy and the epicenter of cultural training and dissemination in the 'Musical City of Colombia.'

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to sign in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. We ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone.
What different ticket types are available?
Zone A: excellent visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: limited visibility. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I get to the venue?
There are several road options via public and private transport. Please take precautions due to traffic congestion in the area.
Is food served?
No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed into the auditorium.
Is parking available?
The venue does not have public parking.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us with your supporting documentation.
Does this venue have disability access?
The building is designed to be accessible for people using wheelchairs or crutches. Access is through the main door on 9th Street.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as instructed by the musicians.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
Please note that, for attendees' safety, all candles are flameless.
