The Candlelight: Editional Valentine's Day in Burgos lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
When organizing experiences in historic venues, the indoor temperature can vary with the seasons. Although we try to always maintain the ideal climate, we suggest choosing an outfit suitable for the season so you can enjoy the show with total comfort.
Will there be food and drink service at Hotel NH Collection Palacio de Burgos?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Keep your device on silent during the event. You can only capture photos and videos (always without flash) in the final piece when the musicians signal you from the stage.

Yes, you can sit together! To ensure contiguous seats, you need to arrive together and have passes for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together easily.

Of course! The best way is to buy a Candlelight Gift Card so they can freely choose the date and tribute concert they want. If you already have tickets for a specific day, gift them directly through the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This pack gives you access to a unique photography session at Hotel NH Collection Palacio de Burgos. To make sure you always remember the experience, we'll give you an instant Polaroid-format print.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Hotel NH Collection Palacio de Burgos?
Yes! You can buy your photo pack directly at Hotel NH Collection Palacio de Burgos as long as it hasn't sold out. Keep in mind that if you get it in advance online, you'll have priority access, and only card payments are accepted at the venue, not cash.
When will I receive the photo?
You'll be able to pick the photo you like best for printing. Our team will have it ready for you to collect at the venue's exit, so remember to pick it up when the show ends since it can't be kept for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Your purchases made through Fever are delivered at the venue. Remember that the "Pack of 3 candles" does not have a refund or exchange policy because all purchases for this event are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Editional Valentine's Day in Burgos?
To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" within the Fever app. If any issue arises during the process, contact us and provide the ticket number so we can check it.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We advise you to arrive half an hour early to sit down calmly. The gate will close 5 minutes before the time indicated and no one will be allowed in later, protecting the acoustic experience.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show if you want a photo. The photo area will stop operating 10 minutes before the show starts.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
Once you enter Hotel NH Collection Palacio de Burgos, our staff will tell you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to approach any of our employees if you have any questions.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.

We don't apply strict dress rules. Opt for a casual and comfortable look so you can have an unforgettable time surrounded by music.
