The venue is divided into sections with different prices based on visibility and proximity to the stage. Our team will seat you on a first-come, first-served basis at Aquarium San Sebastián, always within the zone you selected when purchasing your ticket.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Of course! To sit together, it's important that you and your companions arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the concert starts, and our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

Can tickets be bought at the Aquarium San Sebastián box office?

No, you won't be able to get your tickets at the physical box office or at the entrance to Aquarium San Sebastián. To secure your spot, you must purchase your tickets through the Fever app or official website.

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.

Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.

What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?

When organizing experiences in historic venues, the indoor temperature can vary with the seasons. Although we try to always maintain the ideal climate, we suggest choosing an outfit suitable for the season so you can enjoy the show with total comfort.

We don't apply strict dress rules. Opt for a casual and comfortable look so you can have an unforgettable time surrounded by music.

How long does the experience last?

Answer

The Candlelight: The Innate Law in Donostia - San Sebastián lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Answer

Remember that, to avoid interrupting the show and those around you, you should remain in your seat throughout the concert unless an emergency occurs.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Answer

We take your safety seriously, so we use last-generation LED candles. They imitate traditional candles without using real fire, eliminating any risk and without generating heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.

You can find them in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) using the same account as the purchase, or in your purchase confirmation email along with your access QR code. There's no need to print your tickets as they are completely digital.

Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" within the Fever app. If any issue arises during the process, contact us and provide the ticket number so we can check it.

Of course! Gift Candlelight by buying a Gift Card for them to select their preferred show and time. If you already have a fixed-date ticket, share it as a gift by clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Your photo will be taken before the concert, and the session will close 10 minutes before the show begins. Please come half an hour early so our team can assist you.

Pick the photo you want printed - it'll be ready for you to collect when the concert ends. Make sure to take it with you when you leave, as our team can't keep it for later.

Once you enter Aquarium San Sebastián, our staff will tell you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to approach any of our employees if you have any questions.

You'll get a set of 3 high-quality LED-lit candles that achieve the same visual effect as real ones. They're perfect for creating an intimate atmosphere in your home with total safety and zero risk.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

Packages bought on the web will be waiting for you at the venue on the day of the show. We're sorry to say the 3 candle pack cannot be returned or refunded, as all sales are final.

Are pets or animals allowed in Aquarium San Sebastián? What about service animals?

Answer

We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in this venue. However, your guide dogs or assistance dogs are of course welcome.
