Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email — there's no need to print anything.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the concert starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you have any questions, please contact us quoting your ticket order number.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

What ticket types/zones are available?

Seating in the church is divided into "Front Row", Zone A, B, C and D, based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, in order of arrival and according to the ticket type purchased.

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes, as long as you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.

Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within the zone you purchased.

Is food or drink available?

Unfortunately, no food or drinks are available for purchase at the venue.

Is parking available on site?

Yes, there is a car park directly at the venue. However, parking is very limited — we also recommend checking for parking options in the surrounding area when you arrive.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there a free ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance during the event can request a free ticket for their caretaker. Contact us with proof of your assistance needs and we'll provide you with a voucher for the free companion ticket. Please have both tickets ready at check-in.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event takes place in a wheelchair-accessible venue.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), we'll notify you in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile.

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
