Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

FAQs Frequently asked questions
What different ticket types are there?
The church's seats are divided into zones according to view quality: "Front Row", A, B, C and D. Seats are assigned by our staff at the entrance, in order of arrival and depending on the type of ticket purchased.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you accordingly.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for our guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've booked. The concert starts on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, entry will not be possible out of consideration for the musicians and the audience.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, once announced by the musicians.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask that you only leave your seat in case of an emergency.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No. Tickets are not available on site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person free of charge. To do so, tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID from your purchase, which you'll find in your confirmation email. You can also make the change in the Fever app: if the "Change date and/or time" button is active on your ticket in the "Tickets" section, tap it and follow the steps. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Are there tickets for carers?
Guests who need assistance during the concert can request a free ticket for their carer. To do so, contact us with proof of your support needs. Once we've received it, you'll get a voucher that lets you purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you must show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. There's no need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.

How do I get to the venue?
By car: enter the address Johannesplatz 1, 89231 Neu-Ulm into your sat nav. By public transport: from Ulm Hauptbahnhof, we recommend bus line 5 or 7 to the "Rathaus Neu-Ulm" stop, which is right by the church. You can find up-to-date timetables online.
Can I buy food and drinks on site?
No, unfortunately no food or drinks are available on site.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the concert takes place at an accessible venue.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is a car park right at the venue, but parking spaces are very limited. We therefore recommend looking for parking options in the surrounding area.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
