Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our terms and conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
First Row (Premium Visibility), Zone A (Best Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C (Good Visibility) and Zone D (Fair Visibility). You can sit with friends if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The venue is indoor, with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

At The Media Theatre, 104 East State Street, Media, PA 19063.
Is there parking available?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before show time to allow for parking. There is a paid parking lot next to the theatre at Gayley Street and State Street. Other parking lots and garages are a short walk from the theatre. Check the Media Borough website for a parking map and current fees.
Is there food or drinks served?
There will be alcoholic beverages available for purchase for guests over 21. You may also bring your own bottle of water.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
This venue is ADA-compliant.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the rest of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show. Out of the same respect, you also won't be able to leave your seat during the performance except in the case of an emergency.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Please also keep your phone on silent mode throughout the performance.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles will be flameless.
