FAQs Frequently asked questions

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple App Store). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to buy the ticket. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting us and quoting your ticket ID. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please check our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. Contact us with any questions, quoting your ticket ID.

How long does the concert last, and when do doors open?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The concert takes place indoors, at Daste Bergamo, with assigned seating by zone.

Will food be available?

Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available on site.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there is on-site parking at the venue.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue has access for people with reduced mobility.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode for the rest of the performance.

What are the different ticket types available?

Tickets are split into three zones by visibility: Premium Zone (excellent visibility), Zone A (good visibility) and Zone B (average visibility).

Can I purchase tickets on site?

Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought via the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.

Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?

Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their carer/support person. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll send you a code to purchase the free companion ticket. You'll need to show that document, together with the tickets, to enter the venue.

Are animals allowed?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?

If weather conditions affect the event in any way (change of location/postponement), we'll notify you in advance by email at the address linked to your Fever profile.
