This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Is there a dress code?
We encourage you to dress up, but it is not mandatory. There's no set dress code, so if you don't want to dress up, a casual look will be fine.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (best view), Zone A (great view), Zone B (good view) and Restricted View (fair view).
Where can I get tickets?
In the Fever app, available on Google Play and the App Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be bought in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need more help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app. If you don't have the app, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. A Flexible Cancellation ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
A voucher for the same value is issued immediately, and you can use it on the same experience.

Is there a minimum age?
Yes, the minimum age is 8. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When do the doors open? Can I arrive late?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show. There is no entry once the concert has started.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed except for service animals.
Can I request a ticket for my companion or carer?
If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a ticket for your companion. Once you have your ticket, contact us and attach a document showing that you need assistance (for example, a disability certificate or a companion card).
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
