About the venueFinlayson Church
Finlayson Church in Tampere, Finland, is a Gothic Revival red-brick church built in 1879 for the Finlayson cotton mill workers. Designed by architect Frans Ludvig Calonius, its layout is inspired by English Congregationalist churches, with distinctive interior features like the pulpit and organ located behind the altar. Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The venue is indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
No food or beverages are sold, and only water is allowed inside the church.
Is parking available?
The venue doesn't provide its own parking, but there's ample parking space nearby, outside the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Yes, guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Contact us after purchasing a valid ticket for more information.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Tickets are grouped into Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. They must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Finlayson Church is at Puuvillatehtaankatu 2, 33210 Tampere, in the Finlayson industrial area close to the city centre. It's accessible by bike, on foot, by car or by public transport.
