What can I expect from the experience?

The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story. Analyse testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote decides the fate of the defendant.

How long does the experience last?

The show lasts approximately 60 minutes.

How do I vote?

Scan the QR code displayed on site with your smartphone; you'll be taken directly to the voting page. If your phone camera doesn't scan QR codes, use Google Lens or ask our staff on site for assistance.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, strobe lights will not be used.

Is there any sensitive content I should be aware of?

Yes, the show may deal with adult themes such as crime, violence, grief, drug use, domestic abuse, physical injury, and/or emotional manipulation. The performance includes moments of intense emotional conflict.

Is food and drink available on site?

Yes, you can purchase food and drinks at the bar before the event starts.

Can I take photos or record the performance?

Photos and videos are only allowed during the final applause and without a flash. Your phone must remain on silent throughout the performance.

What seating zones are there?

Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C. Seating is assigned at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you have chosen.

Are there tickets available at the entrance?

No. Tickets are only available through the Fever app or the Fever website.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Is a refund possible?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance via the 'Tickets' section in the Fever app (button 'Change date and/or time') or by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, for free. Click 'Transfer tickets' in the Fever app.

Can I get a ticket for an assistant?

Guests who require assistance can request one free companion pass. Contact us after purchasing your own ticket; we will then send you a voucher to redeem the free pass in the Fever app.

Where can I find my ticket?

In the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app. Log in with the same credentials you used to make your purchase. The QR code is also included in your confirmation email. Printing is not required.
