Candlelight: Valentine’s Day Special

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App, where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here, and we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The theater is divided into zones A, B, and the Balcony. Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff. Distribution will be done on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the type of ticket you purchased.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together, and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend that you arrive with plenty of time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.

This is a seated, indoor experience.

The event will be held at 11150 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106. We recommend driving to the venue or using a rideshare service.

Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.

Yes, the venue is accessible, with the exception of the Balcony.

There is a paid parking garage located on site at the Cleveland Museum of Art, accessible from Jeptha Drive. Additional parking is available in nearby lots and along surrounding streets, though guests should follow posted parking regulations.
