Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help, and make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App, where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs. If you selected the Flexible cancellation add-on, please refer to the FAQs here.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here, and we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What are the different ticket types?
The theater is divided into zones A, B, and the Balcony. Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff. Distribution will be done on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the type of ticket you purchased.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together, and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend that you arrive with plenty of time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is a seated, indoor experience.
Where is the experience taking place, and how do I get there?
The event will be held at 11150 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106. We recommend driving to the venue or using a rideshare service.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the security of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), please rest assured that we will notify you by email in advance.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible, with the exception of the Balcony.
Is there parking available?
There is a paid parking garage located on site at the Cleveland Museum of Art, accessible from Jeptha Drive. Additional parking is available in nearby lots and along surrounding streets, though guests should follow posted parking regulations.
