Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds available?
This experience allows date and/or time changes up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs. If you selected the Flexible cancellation add-on, please refer to that FAQ instead.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help, quoting your ticket order number.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and beverages be available on site?
Yes, drinks and light snacks will be available for purchase at a concessions stand.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is a surface parking lot accessible via 2nd Street. Street parking is free after 6pm.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Can I take pictures or record videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What are the different ticket types?
The theater is divided into sections A, B, and Balcony. Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the type of ticket you purchased.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here, and we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location / postponement), please rest assured that we will notify you by email in advance.
