No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. With a flexible ticket, you can request a refund or an exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts (a 10% fee applies to refunds). Without one, exchanges to another date/time are permitted up to 48 hours before the originally purchased event, subject to availability.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Snacks and beverages are available for purchase before the event.

Paid parking is available on SW 10th and SW Columbia St. The venue is also accessible by light rail (LRT).

Yes. The accessible entrance is on SW Clay, to the right of the main entrance. There's designated seating for guests with mobility devices and their companions; seating is primarily church-style pews with some high-back chairs without arm supports. Contact customer support for further assistance.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it isn't required. This policy is subject to change.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location, all Candle add-on purchases picked up onsite are non-refundable, non-returnable, and final.
