The story of Button Factory started in 1996, when it opened doors as the Temple Bar Music Centre. Created with the vision of becoming a vibrant cultural home for Irish music, easily accessed in the heart of Dublin. Now Dublin's IMRO Live Music Venue of the Year 2025 and continuing that mission, hosting a broad range of Irish and International artists.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (seated - floor), Zone B (seated - balcony), Zone C (standing - floor) and Zone D (standing - balcony). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
When do doors open?
Doors open 30 minutes before your ticket time. Please note that the time on your ticket is the show start time, not the doors time, and please arrive on time.
Can I stay at the venue after the show?
Despite having to leave the main performance space, guests are more than welcome to stay behind at the venue's bar after the show.
Can I buy drinks on-site?
Yes, there is an on-site bar from which you can purchase beverages before, during and after the experience.
Can I buy food on-site?
No, food isn't available for purchase on-site.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your booking. Private shows and large group bookings (30+ people) are also available.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help and make sure to include your ticket order number.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Users who require accessibility assistance should only buy floor tickets, not balcony. The main entrance of the Button Factory is fully wheelchair accessible. Staff are available to assist all patrons, so there is no need to join the queue. There are dedicated toilet facilities for disabled patrons just off the foyer at the entrance. There is a ramp from the foyer that brings you into the main room in front of the stage. The advised viewing position is in front of the stage, which is also a security position. The stage is 950mm high.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before your ticket time for guests to have a drink and enjoy the space. Please arrive on time.
What happens if I arrive late?
No late entry is permitted as this would disrupt the show for other attendees.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Yes, there are toilets available on-site, which are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
