I would really have liked a question and answer from the Jury to the lawyers, to establish why the jury member voted the way they voted. Or indeed changed their minds. Or if I needed an opportunity to hear a testimony again. Overall it was a fabulous experience and would LOVE to see another one. Thankyou, great work.

A thoroughly thought-provoking production that stayed with me long after the final curtain. The storyline felt so convincingly real that I found myself questioning and reflecting on it throughout the night. At times, I felt as though I had stepped straight into an episode of Law & Order! The acting was outstanding, the venue was fantastic, and the entire experience was captivating from start to finish. A compelling piece of theatre that I highly recommend.

Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, your ticket is validated via the Fever app on arrival.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change your date up to 24 hours in advance by contacting support with your ticket ID, or using the "Exchange date and/or time" option in the app if available. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, for free, via "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact support if you need help, and include your order number.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the account used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Late entry is not permitted.

Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, this experience is 12+. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the curtain call, without flash.

This experience includes themes and testimony related to death resulting from a vehicle accident, references to injury and fatality, testimony involving grief and loss. The performance contains moments of intense emotional conflict.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into sections based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis within your selected zone.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. Arrive early for the best chance of being seated together.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent for the whole show. Photos and videos are only allowed during the curtain call, without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this experience does not use strobe lights.
How do I vote?
Scan the QR code displayed at the venue with your phone camera to reach the voting page. If your camera doesn't scan automatically, use Google Lens or another QR scanner app, or ask a staff member for help.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. A Flexible Cancellation add-on offering an alternative policy is available for purchase.
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
No, tickets are only sold via the Fever app or website, not on site.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free companion pass. Contact support with proof of need to receive a voucher for the companion ticket (subject to availability); the regular ticket must be shown alongside it at entry.
