Can I purchase drinks on-site?
Yes, there is a bar on site where you can purchase drinks during the experience. Participants must be 18 and over in the other cities. Alcohol consumption is optional. Non-alcoholic drinks are available for an additional fee, not included in the ticket price.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.

The show is presented in French.
Are the seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, there is no need to print anything. Just show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or by email upon arrival at the venue.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.

You can find your QR Code ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you haven’t downloaded the app, you can download it from Apple Store or Google Play.
