Such a wonderful concert! I play classical music for my infant and she was so excited and engaged to see her first live performance! It was great to chat with other parents and have our babies play together. I highly recommend for any parent of young children!

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free — just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need extra help, and make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID, or by using the "Exchange date and/or time" option in the "Tickets" section of the app if it's available.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase on select events, offering an alternative refund policy — it lets you cancel up to 48 hours before the experience starts, though the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
This is a family event for parents with babies aged 0 to 36 months. Anyone older than 6 needs their own ticket; babies up to 36 months are included in the adult's ticket.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 45 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start.
Is the concert held indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and beverages be available?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there's no parking at this venue, so we recommend not arriving by car.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we'll send you a voucher to redeem it in the Fever app (subject to availability). You'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue.
Is there anything I need to wear inside the Movement Area?
For the babies' safety, adults must wear shoe covers (provided at the venue) inside the Movement Area.
Will there be changing tables and a nursing area available?
Yes, a separate space will be available for this.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event's location, though service animals are welcome.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
