The drone show will last approximately 60 minutes with an intermission. Doors will open 2 hours prior to the event start time. We recommend arriving early to secure the best spot.

Yes, we recommend arriving as early as possible. Doors open two hours before the start of the show and no entry is permitted once the session has begun. Arriving early will also allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and our food and drink offerings. Please note that seating is unreserved, so the earlier you arrive, the better your choice of seats will be.

The experience will take place at Del Mar Racing at the Del Mar Fairgrounds located at 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd, Del Mar, CA 92014.

This experience takes place outdoors. If the event cannot take place due to weather conditions, we will notify you by email at the same address linked to your Fever account. If in doubt, remember to also check your spam folder.

Tickets will not be sold at the door; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the tickets section. You will also receive your tickets in your purchase confirmation email. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Animals are not allowed at this event's venue unless they are service animals.

Yes. DroneArt Show: Harry Potter™ is committed to providing an accessible experience for our guests. Accessible seating locations and configurations may vary by venue. Guests who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices will be accommodated in designated accessible viewing areas or accessible seating locations. Please note that some of our venues are large and may require guests to travel longer distances between parking, the venue entrance, concessions, restrooms, and the designated viewing area. Transportation assistance within the venue, such as golf carts or shuttles, is not provided. Guests with mobility needs should plan accordingly and bring any mobility devices or other assistance they may need to comfortably navigate the venue.

Yes. Guests using an accessible seating location may be accompanied by a companion. We will accommodate at least two companion seats alongside or adjacent to the accessible seating location. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate additional members of your party together whenever space and seating inventory allow.

Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. For this experience, simply show proof that you require a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be able to enter for free.

Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for people with visual and/or hearing impairments. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and recommend that you check out other experiences in your city.

All ages are welcome to this experience! Please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams or strollers and they will not be allowed into the venue. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.
