The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Yes, the event takes place indoors with assigned seating.

At the Spinning Room, Willamette Heritage Center, 1313 Mill St SE, Salem, OR 97301.

Food and beverage will not be provided.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

This venue is ADA accessible.

There is limited lot and street parking available nearby.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Please arrive 45 minutes before the concert starts to be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and latecomers won't be admitted out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.

For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
