Chilaquiles & Ranchera Steak: 2 eggs any style – ranchera steak - crema mexicana – queso fresco – avocado – red onions – cilantro. Choose sauce: green, red or divorciados.
Chicken Enchiladas Verdes: 2 enchiladas – shredded chicken – salsa verde – monterrey jack – Mexican crema – rice – beans
Smoked Brisket Hash: Smoked brisket, breakfast potatoes, egg. Served with butter milk biscuit
Santa Fe Chicken BBQ Salad: Santa Fe Chicken BBQ Salad Romaine Lettuce, Corn, Black Beans, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Avocado, BBQ Chicken Tortilla chips
Omelette: Smoked sausage caramelized onion, mozzarella cheese served breakfast potatoes
