Candlelight: Valentine’s Day Special

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to be seated within your purchased zone.

The concert takes place indoors, at Bath Abbey.

There is no food served.

The nearest short-stay car park is a five-minute walk away at the Podium in Northgate Street (BA1 5AL), or the Southgate Car Park in St James Parade (BA1 1TP). For disabled parking details, see the Bath and North East Somerset Council website. Alternatively, Bath offers four Park & Ride services; regular buses run into the city at least every 15 minutes, and all buses are wheelchair and pushchair friendly.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; we will then provide a voucher code for your free Carer ticket. Accepted documents include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement). You will need to show this along with your ticket to enter, and each Carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one other full-price ticket.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website prior to arriving at the event.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
