This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Neville Hall is a unique heritage venue in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, home to The North of England Institute of Mining & Mechanical Engineers. The historic building, which underwent major conservation work and reopened in 2021, celebrates the region's history of engineering and aims to inspire the next generation of innovators and engineers.

What are the different ticket types?
Each Zone offers different proximity to the stage, with Premium being first row, and Zone C being at the back of the room.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us through the Fever contact form with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer's ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket. Here are some of the documents we accept: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); Evidence of being severely sight impaired; CredAbility Access Card - + 1 category requirement.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us through the Fever contact form indicating your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancelation ticket has been purchased (see the flexible cancelation ticket questions below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Please contact us through the Fever contact form to change your ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancelation Ticket?
A flexible cancelation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience. These answers apply only to flexible cancelation tickets, which are sold as an optional extra for this concert.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancelation ticket if you contact us requesting it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process it and how will I receive it?
If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, you will be credited the total amount of the ticket price back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. If you bought your ticket(s) using a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. Keep in mind this voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, with the exception of the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange of the ticket, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to go back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use this voucher to go back and purchase the same experience.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us through the Fever contact form to get your ticket refunded.

How do I get to the venue?

Is there food served?
There is a bar where drinks are available for purchase from the moment the doors open, 45 minutes before the show. The bar closes 5 minutes before the show starts.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is there parking available?
No parking is available at the venue.
Can I enter once the concert has started?
No. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once the concert has started.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
