The Candlelight: The Innate Law in Pamplona lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Keep in mind that many of our concerts are held in historic buildings, so controlling the temperature can be a challenge. We do our best to ensure a pleasant environment, but we recommend bringing comfortable clothes suitable for the time of year so you can enjoy without issues.
Will there be food and drink service at Hotel Tres Reyes Pamplona?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
It is not allowed to stand up or leave the venue during the performance, except in case of an emergency, out of consideration for the audience and the musicians.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We ask that you keep your phone muted during the performance. You can take photos and videos without flash only in the final song when the artists themselves give you the nod.
Can tickets be bought at the Hotel Tres Reyes Pamplona box office?
Tickets are not on sale inside the venue or at Hotel Tres Reyes Pamplona's own box office. To attend the concert, you must purchase them through the official Fever website or by downloading the app.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at Hotel Tres Reyes Pamplona, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.
